Mitchell Jacobs

Mitchell is an admitted member in good standing with the Florida Bar since 1994 and he is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Mitchell Jacobs is an experienced insurance claims and construction attorney with a diverse educational and professional background that includes being a former Florida CPA with an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University and graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. Mitchell has over thirty years of years of insurance claims resolution and litigation experience as the field of first party and third-party property insurance claims, construction, real estate, and title insurance claims and litigation. Further, his background and experience includes construction law experience which enables Mitchell to manage claims efficiently during the rebuilding process.
